One of my favorite things to eat for breakfast are muffins! My favorite are probably blueberry but I always love to try new things! I found a recipe on Food network for Snickerdoodle Muffins that I just couldn’t pass up! Snickerdoodles are probably one of my favorite cookies so the fact that it comes in muffin for made me so excited! It was also a very simple recipe and everything I had in my kitchen which always make me excited that I don’t have to go to the grocery store! The recipe is easy and they are perfect for family, friends, or your office! I know the people in my office will definitely love them!

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- Mix 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

- Divide among 12 prepared muffin cups and top with the remaining crumble.
- Bake batter and crumbles together for 25 to 28 minutes.
I decided to make the cinnamon crumble first so it was ready for later. All you do is mix 2/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and 1 tablespoon cinnamon; mash in 1/2 stick softened butter.
Then I made the batter. Mix 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl.
In another bowl whisk 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Fold into the flour mixture.
Then you stir 1/2 cup of the cinnamon crumble into the batter.
Divide among 12 prepared muffin cups and top with the remaining crumble. Then bake batter and crumbles together for 25 to 28 minutes.
Let them cool for about 10 minutes and then they are ready to eat!
These are a delicious breakfast or even dessert! They taste so much like a snickerdoodle but they are in the delicious muffin form! I will be making these again for sure!

look so yummy-licious! and you know we love snickerdoodles! pinned

a excellent job. I spent a few minutes studying and assessing the truth.
Everything is crystal clear and understandable.

I didn’t have any expectations regarding that
title, but the more I was astonished. The writer did a fantastic job.
I spent a couple of minutes studying and assessing the facts.
Everything is crystal clear and understandable. This one is of that
type. Moreover, I like the way the writer organized
his thoughts as well as the visual component.
