Father’s Day Printables
I am so excited to get to share with you a few Father’s Day Printables. These are ready to be made into cards or decorations. The possibilities of how they could be used is endless. Not long ago I discovered a site that I am in love with. It is Vintage Image the link can be found here. It is an amazing site with so many resources. I am always drawn to images that invoke an earlier time and these vintage travel posters made me swoon. I used Pic Monkey to edit the posters and make them great Father’s Day Graphics ready to print off and make someones’ day special. I chose posters that I found appealing but also ones that it would be easy to change the text and replace it with my own. All of the posters I chose have an Art Deco feel that I adore.
I saw some fruit at a specialty grocery store that had a vintage looking label that said, “Mother’s Day Brand” and I loved it. I took the idea and designed the one above with, “Father’s Day Brand”. I think it would be perfect on a box of cookies, candies, or other treats.
I am including two of the posters that are ready to have your own Father’s Day message added . These could also be used for other occasions besides Father’s Day. It is hard sometimes to find images that are masculine. I think these will be perfect.
These are a couple of presents for dear, old dad. Do you see a theme here? I think he has always been everyone’s “John Wayne” (always ready to ride in and save anyone in need of help) and that is why these are great gifts. I decided to use the printables to decorate the packages and make a card.
I think I really like this card. The graphic on it reminds me of fruit crate art. This graphic could be used for so many other things besides Father’s Day. So many ideas and so little time.
These are the presents wrapped and ready to give. I simply pasted the card directly onto the wrapping paper and then finished it off with twine.
I think this is the graphic that Cara likes best. I like it also but the one below reminds me of Lake Tahoe, one of my favorite places.
Downloads for all the graphics can be found: mountain and car, mountains and river, ship, and moose.
