With school ending you would think life would slow down, but in our family things are just starting to get busy.  I work during the summer even though school is out.  Summer sport camps take up a big portion of my families summer days.  Football camp is the most important camp in our family.  No one can perform at work or on the football field without a great breakfast and that is where Tyson Day Starts can help.  They are the Perfect Easy Healthy Breakfast!

I decided to head to Walmart and see what I could find to help everyone to eat breakfast on busy summer mornings.  I discovered Tyson Day Starts, and I was pretty excited to try them out. I found them in the frozen breakfast aisle, and there were just so many to try.  

Tyson makes it super easy to please everyone with a high protein breakfast.  I decided to try the Egg, Sausage, and Cheese Flatbread and  the Southern Style Chicken Breast Filet Biscuit.  I was really excited to try the flatbread and knew that everyone else would enjoy some biscuit for breakfast!

Made with quality ingredients, Day Starts have 24%  or more of your daily protein requirement. This is a big deal to me, because we are a busy family that needs a meal to last when we are at work, school or football practice. Since I brought home 3 boxes, every single one of them got opened so that they could all be tried, and everyone loved them. 

On the Go

Another wonderful  thing about Tyson Day Starts is how they are ready to go. Grab a drink, a paper towel wraps nicely around any of the items and everyone is ready for the commute. Even the flatbread can be folded in half and taken with you on the go.  This is a plus for us because we are a commuting family and eating while we drive is part of our life.
