In March one of my cousins got married and it was a glorious DIY wedding with so many beautiful projects and decorations! One of the show stoppers of the decorations were these fun Chalkboard Wedding Decorations! My aunt made the tall one out of an old door and painted with chalkboard paint and then trimmed it with the wedding colors.
I come from some very talented people! Here is my cousin decorating the large chalkboard for the wedding. She hand lettered and drew everything on it!
I personally think she did a marvelous job! She is a very talented woman! We put this as you were entering the sanctuary.
There were not assigned sides at the wedding so we used this cute phrasing we found online.
My cousin did not want people taking pictures during the wedding so we could all enjoy the ceremony! So we put this little note on the bottom of the chalkboard.
The other chalkboard decorations were these signs that my mom made out of pieces of wood and spindles. These are perfect signs for all kinds of events. She puts chalkboard paint in the middle and then outlines it with an accent color.
My cousin also did the lettering on this chalkboard. These are easy and fun DIY projects that will add a personal touch to any wedding or event! These added a beautiful DIY touch to my cousins wedding!
