It is the time of the year to think about healthy habits. I do not use the “R” word (resolution) anymore, but I do need to relook at some healthy habits. There are so many ways to track your healthy eating, hydrating and exercise habits. I have two different apps downloaded on my phone. They are wonderful and an easy way to track my good habits. The only problem with them is that I can choose not to open the app. I want something that is more in my face. I looked at some tools but when I thought about when I have eaten the most healthy is when I tracked my eating by writing it down. I made these trackers small so that they will fit into a badge holder and can be hooked onto my purse or key chain. I want them to be an “in my face reminder” to make some healthy changes.
