The Perfect Breakfast Breads

Grabbing a bite for breakfast is very essential. After all, it has been addressed as the most important
meal of the day. That is why it is crucial for you to prepare for your meal ahead of time.
Making your own bread for breakfast will guarantee its freshness and nutritional value. If you are on a gluten-free and vegan diet, then these:

The Apple and Cinnamon Bread

We all love our apple pies, why not make one as a bread. It is a lot easier to do because you do not need to worry about the fillings. Remember, an apple a day keeps the doctors away. Start your day right with this delicious food!
Prepare the following:
• A cup of buckwheat flour
• A half cup of brown rice flour
• A half cup of sorghum flour
• A cup of corn starch
• A teaspoon of guar gum
• A cup of oats, choose the gluten-free variety
• A teaspoon and a half of baking powder
• A teaspoon of baking soda
• A teaspoon of salt
• A cup of brown sugar
• A half cup of dry milk
• A large apple
• Two eggs
• A teaspoon of cinnamon
• A teaspoon of olive oil
• A teaspoon of vanilla extract
• Two tablespoons of honey
• A cup of applesauce
What to do:
Beat the eggs and cut the apple into smaller pieces. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the olive oil and blend well. Slowly mix in the applesauce, apples and eggs. In a loaf pan, put some oil and pour the mixture in. Bake it for an hour and ten minutes. Make sure that the bread is done by inserting knife and making sure that nothing sticks to it. Let it cool for ten minutes before removing from the pan.

Blueberry Cheese Bread

We all love cheese bread. It is a very good breakfast as well. Add in some blueberries, you are
guaranteed to make one healthy meal to start your day with a smile.
Here is what you need:
• One cup of sorghum flour
• A half cup or brown rice floor
• A half cup of buckwheat flour
• A cup of rice starch
• A teaspoon of xanthan gum
• A cup of honey
• Two teaspoons of baking powder
• A teaspoon of baking soda
• A teaspoon of salt
• Four tablespoons of olive oil
• A half cup of cream cheese
• A cup and a half of grated cheese
• An egg
• A cup of blueberries
• A  half cup of lemon juice
What you need to do:
Cut the blueberries into halves. Preheat the oven to 30 degree Celsius. Combine the dry ingredients. Mix well until all of the powders are properly distributed. Add the olive oil and mix.
Add the lemon juice, cream cheese, grated cheese, egg , honey and blueberries. Be careful in mixing so that you will not ruin the blueberry bits. Mix well.In a loaf pan, transfer the mixture and bake it around seventy minutes. Let it cool for ten minutes before removing it from the pan.
