This week for Whip It Up Wednesday I tried to make Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake. I saw it on The Silly’s Girl Life and thought I could make it as beautiful as hers. Though mine definitely didn’t turn out as pretty! I followed the recipe that she posted here!
First I took the graham crackers and crushed them up in my food processor.
I then put this into the 9″ spring pan for the crust.
I then mixed the batter part together. I did the white ingredients together first and then put 1/3 of this away and added the pumpkin and spices to the 2/3 left over.
I then put 5 dollops of the white mixture in the bottom and poured the pumpkin mixtures on top of this. I then poured the rest of the white picture on top of this and swirled with a screwer.
I then put it in the oven on 350 degrees F. The recipe said 60 minutes but mine started to look a little brown at 50 minutes. This is what it looked like when it came out of the oven.
I let it cool for about 15 minutes and it flattened out some and looked more like real cheesecake!
I refrigerated it over night and this is my final product!
Mine definitely doesn’t look half as pretty as the one on The Silly Girl’s Life but it smells and taste awesome! At least I have that going! This was my first cheesecake ever so I’m going to take it as a win! Thanks for coming by Whip It Up Wednesday!
