Lately, I’ve been trying to cook every night instead of eating out. Tonight we made Pad Thai and grilled chicken. My boyfriend made the chicken kabobs on the grill outside. He seasoned it with Fajitas seasoning. The pad thai is made with thick rice noodles and a sauce. The sauce consist of 2 tbsp warm water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter, 1 tbsp sweet red chili asian sauce, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, and 1/4 tsp of hot sauce all mixed together in a bowl. Then you add the hot noodles after you drain them on top of that. It is definitely something we are going to have to revisit!
